1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 44k platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By using the 44k website, mobile app or any other digital channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Each individual or household member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be confiscated.

3.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 44k support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.3 KYC Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment method and the 44k account must be in the same person's name.
• 44k does not charge any deposit processing fee, however the payment provider's own charges may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 44k reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until verification is completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

44k offers a range of bonuses and promotions. By accepting these bonuses, you are considered to have agreed to the following terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (bonus amount × 20).
• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per player.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are for gameplay use only.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time — specific terms apply to each promotion.
• 44k reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is suspected, 44k may cancel the bonus and close the associated account.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games and placing bets on the 44k platform:

6.1 Bet Limits

• Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Special limits may apply when placing bets using a bonus balance.
• 44k reserves the right to change bet limits under exceptional circumstances.

6.2 Betting Outcomes

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a certain point.
• In cricket or other sports betting, if a match is abandoned, the bet will be cancelled and funds will be returned.

6.3 Disputed Bets

If there is a dispute over the outcome of a bet, notify the support team within 48 hours. 44k will investigate and issue a final decision, which shall be considered binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44k platform and, if detected, will result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bot, script or automated system.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses without meeting bonus terms or through multiple accounts as a strategy.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the game system, software or code to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating or defrauding other players.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Chargeback fraud — recovering deposited funds by filing a false claim with a bank or payment provider.
• Attempting to intrude into the system, stealing data or launching a cyber attack.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

44k places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption and modern security technology.

10. Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, 44k's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant bet.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Account Closure by 44k

44k may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to verify age or identity.

If there is a valid balance, you may be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed; however, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

11.2 Account Closure by User

You can close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be withdrawable.

12. Changes to Terms

44k reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Before any changes take effect, we will notify you through one of the following methods:
